6/10 is bigger. Multiplying (or dividing) a denominator to make them match. I multiplied 10 (the denominator) by 100 so that both denominators are the same. Then I also multiplied numerator (6) by 100 into 600 making the question into 600/1000 and 13/1000. Obviously 600/1000 (6/10) is bigger
