Today we continued to work on writing our Alphabiography project. Almost all studnets have had 1 on 1 writing conference with a teacher and have been using the feedback they receive to improve various pieces of their writing. Parents please see your child's fresh grade portfolio to see what areas of writing your child needs to work on. In math, we continued working on our fractions unit and students practiced reading, writing, fractions and decimals. In the afternoon we continued with our social studies inquiry by watching a very interesting documentary on the evolution of humans |
