Sunny day at Animal Farm

Today the students had an opportunity to walk their city in the sunshine, as we made our way to Granville Island. At Granville Island we watched the play 'Animal Farm' put on by the Arts Umbrella, at the waterfront Theatre. A group of high school students from around Vancouver have been working all year to prepare for this performance. After watching the performance, the students had some time at Granville Island market at to eat their lunch. From there, we had a brief stop at the water park before making our way back to the skytrain. Perfect weather for some exercise, the Arts, and learning to be out in public.

There was a leaders sheep her name was snowball. She decided to rebell against the humans. After the battle Napoleon signaled to the dogs and chased snowball. After Napoleon was the leader. She forced every animal to build a windmill. Soon the farmers came back and blew up the windmill. The animals raged after the humans and they didn’t care if they got shot. Some animals died. At the end Napoleon was friends with the humans form the beginning.

An old sheep tells the other animal that they should betray the humans. They start a revolution and overthrow them. Snowball, the leader re-modifies the place. Soon snowball is chased off by dogs sent by napoleon after a battle against other ranchers. Napoleon starts dictatorship and forces the other animals to build a windmill. The windmill is destroyed, and Napoleon's propaganda is spread. They rebuild the windmill and are recaptured by the ranchers and napoleon.

A little society of animals as being tortured by a human. They decide that they will rebel against them and create their own home. Once they had completed this a evil creature takes over. Inside their civilization they have extreme difficulties and animals are dying. In the end the animals take out the leader and become peaceful and dont have to worry about the corrupt society they had made.

The play, 'Animal Farm', which was based on the novel, is about a farm off sheep, cows, a donkey, horses, and PIGS. In the beginning, all the animals were working for Mr.Jones, the farmer. When it was time for bed, the eldest pig gathered all the animals for story time and told them about his dream, in which he foresees his death. That brought him to inspire the animals to starting a rebellion against man because man works them to exhaustion and feeds them only what they need and not what they want. They kicked out their master, Mr.Jones, and took over the farm, continuing the work they had done, only to give the produce to themselves. They could work as much as needed or as much as they wished, could eat whenever they were hungry, and sleep for as long as needed to do the days work.

That was, until the most knowledgeable pigs took over and had everyone working down to their bone, only to be absent when their help in plowing and milking was needed. When it was rumored that one of those pigs had betrayed the animals by interacting with man, they were banished and never seen again. The pig that banished the other pig became the farm's only leader, and grew corrupt as they started acting more and more like man by sleeping in beds, drinking alcohol,and trading with farmers from neighboring farms. The other animals kept questioning wheather they should follow the head pig anymore because of all the rules they THOUGHT he was breaking, only to be persuaded by the pig's henchman that this was completely within the line of their rules. The head pig then started to wear man's clothes and walk on 2 legs, and that was when the animals knew that what they had imagined before, their freedom, their luxury, was all an illusion in the lead pig's eyes. All the animals were soon being worked to what seemed like death, eating a quarter of their original rations, and bowing down to the pig they let dictate their daily lives, to someone who they thought was a leader, but an evil miscreant.

Animal farm. The owner of the farm is nan alcoholic, or has a tendency to get drunk, which leads to him mistreating the animals. The animals decide to rise up against the farm owner and he runs away. They animals make rules to make sure they aren’t mistreated. Over the years, the safe haven for the animals falls apart, with one animal taking the lead. The one animal like the first owner. and the animals lived sadly ever after.

On a farm, a dying sheep tells his comrades a vision of revolution against their owner, who neglects them. This comes to pass, and the animals are now in charge. But all is not well, as the pigs are taking charge. One day, one of the pigs is driven out, and Napoleon becomes the dictator. He and his fellows gradually become more like humans, until the farm is no different from when the humans ruled.

In animal farm, it begins with the animals planning a rebellion against humans. Taking over the farm, over time the animals start to take charge. But then eventually the pigs who were in charge lose one of their kind. As each year goes by, the pigs who are leaders to the farm start to become less animal-like. Finally they act almost exactly like humans, while everyone else is left without their leaders who don’t even seem like animals.

In the animal farm, the animals envision a future where animals can be free without humans forcing them to work and being inhumane. After defeating the humans the animals are now in charge with the public’s being their supreme leader. However the pigs sought corruption and put itself above all other animals and as equals as humans that the animal once hated and fears so much.

This teaches us about government corruption and the government manipulating people to there ways. Both good and bad.

on a farm there are a old sheep telling other that they should go against human, and take over the farm, so it is like no government, But after they did the pig which is the smartest on the farm had took over the farm and started to tell other animal to do what the pig won't do, and slowly the pig started to do business with the human, and tarted to act like a human and the animal look from pig to man and from man to pig, and already can't tell which which is which.

The animals at this "farm" overthrow their farmer and started their own "govermental system" and had an social hierarchy of which the pigs were at the very top, and after some occasional harassments from the farmer and his fellows, the pigs who basicly controled the "farm" started to ignore all the laws of when they all agreed on before they overthrew the farmer and began ruling with an Iron Fist with a dictator who had all the power at the top and the animals all obeyed to them from the propaganda they were taught to worship their great leader. Exactly like the rise of Stalin in the 20s and the Stalinest Regime after that.

Oh the dogs represent the KGB, Russian secret police. Exactly the same purpose as the Gestapo in Nazi Germany, meant to protect the Communist Regime and stop any protests and disagreements with them and to kill those who oppose them

Animal farm begins with a pig talking about her mother story to her. the story was about animals before we domesticated them. Soon after the pig was never seen and the other pigs were making a revolution against farmer Jones. Once they were free from farmer Jones they made 7 commandments that practically said humans are bad and all animals are equal. But then a feud broke out and Napoleon won and became a dictator.

A sheep who explains to the other animals that humans are cruel and they need respect. They began the rebellion against humans and reconstruct the farm with better intentions. They construct commandments like all animals are equal, but the pigs turn corrupt and just basically end up like the bad humans. All the other animals are left mistreated once again because communism is a hidden corruption.

On a farm, a farmer named Jones mistreats his animals and finally when they realize the have had enough they decide to rebel against him and make it their own farm. But when the pig starts to manipulate the other animals into doing things and the pigs start to become more human like. Then they got to a point where the cooperate pigs start to work with Jones and the animals have felt cheated on.

A pig explains to the other animals about how cruel the humans are to them, and what'll they'll do them. They plan to rebel against them, creating plans. They changed the farm name to "Animal farm". Throughout it though, they experience many obstacles. Eventually the pigs rebel and learn how to stand on two feet. They claimed they are "more equal". They also changed the farm back to it's original name back to what it was before they rebelled.

Animal farm is about the story of the rise of communism, except translated into a fable. It is about the story of how animals of a farm join together to rebel against their cruel farmers, and how the pigs take over. At first, the pigs were good, but as time wore on, the pigs grew more and more menacing. They ordered other animals around, while not doing anything themselves. In the end, animal farm was worse off then they started, and the animals began to think of a revolution.

Animal farm is a story that shows us the ineffectiveness of communism. This story is about a two candidates, one offers communism and ends up winning. The animals that are under the rule of this cruel leader suffer a lot because they have to work hard and the half does nothing but drinking whiskey. The lazy half (pigs) make themselves higher and more important than everyone else. The hard working animals don't get a happy ending.

An old pig tells all the other farm animals to rebel against the cruel humans. The pig died and soon the animals drove all the other humans away from their farm. The pigs took control over the situation making them the supreme beings over the other animals. Then two pigs started arguing to become the leader. One pig finally got rid of the other pig and made all the other animals slaves to him.
