2.) MATH: There will be a test on Fractions and Decimals Next Friday. The following Learning intentions will be evaluated:
- I understand what a fraction is and know the difference between: (standard, mixed number, improper, equivalent and decimal fractions)
- I can read and write fractions and decimals and understand place value (tenths to billionths)
- I can convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions (standard, mixed number, repeating and terminating decimals)
- I can compare and order fractions and decimals using a variety of strategies (including benchmarks)
