Who wants to be told everything? Not me! Students learned and practiced an important writing strategy called show me, don't tell me. Good writer's show the readers things they don't tell them everything. For math, we practiced comparing fractions and in the afternoon we started our applied skills and design unit: SEWING! Students will be learning three different types of stitches and then will be designing and creating their own projects. Let's all learn to sew together! |
