Tomorrow we will start my all time favourite Christmas story, Angel Square by Brian Doyle. The story is a mystery set in the Ottawa, Ontario in 1947. It follows the main character Tommy as he tries to find out who beat up his best friend's father. All word work vocabulary this week come from the novel. We also spent some time making decorations for the Christmas concert and kept working on our fractions and decimals unit. We will be wrapping up this unit before the winter break so keep reviewing the learning intentions. |
