1.) TRUTH BE TOLD (click)

Today after PE, students worked on presenting their speeches. Students also got a good start on their powerful responses for the novels they just finished reading. All powerful responses are due by Wednesday at 3 PM. In the afternoon students completed their algebra math evaluation. tomorrow we will be starting the next math unit, measurement!

Gift of Words, Thinking and Learning Questions and the Powerful Response (due Wed at 3pm)

2.) POST A RESPONSE:

Tomorrow we will be having a lesson on Digital Footprints
In you own words, describe what you think is meant by digital footprint
Give 4 examples of what you think a persons digital footprint may include.

SUCCESS CRITERIA:
1.) Go to TEAMS and the channel associated by the title of your book. (BOOK CLUB - 14th Goldfish - ETC)
2.) Continue your book club conversations (GOW, TL Questions, big idea, chat about the book, etc)
3.) Respond to questions/comments from your classmates and see if you can keep the 'STREAK' going.
4.) Do your best to finish your packages for tomorrow.
5.) I will be checking to make sure everyone participates tonight! Everyone should participate!

Novel Approach

Today we started our track and field unit. After this students worked on preparing their speeches for this Thursday and Friday. The afternoon was spent working on digital art and novel study. Keep working on reading your novels and completing the booklet which is due on Monday.

1.) ART/DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY:

Feel free to use any digital editing program or app to enhance colour, focus, blur things, etc to your mother's day art photo. Make sure you upload it to Teams and have a copy ready to airdrop to me in class tomorrow. Save a good copy somewhere for me.

2.) NOVEL APPROACH: Groups 2,3 meet tomorrow

3.) SPEECHES: Complete adding in where you will add: Emphasis, movement, eye contact and gestures

4.) POST A RESPONSE:

I am going to evaluate your most recent POST A RESPONSES.
If you are one of the students who have recently not been keeping up with your posts, it will be reflected on FreshGrade and your final report card. I will give you until tomorrow to get caught up. (POST/PEER FEEDBACK/EDIT/REVISE
