Today was a wonderful day of learning. Ms. Chohan started off the day with the launch of our next French unit on French Communities and Culture. Students had a chance to listen to a variety of French songs and made connections and explored aspects of French culture across Canada and the world. We followed this by practicing back hand and over head shots in our new badminton unit. |

2.) NOVEL APPROACH - POWERFUL RESPONSE DOCUMENTS
- We will go over the powerful response writing tomorrow morning, but you can use the following to get started. Please do your writing in the Division 1 ONE NOTE NOTEBOOK, the same place you did your Alphabiography. Go to your LA folder and make a new page called Powerful Response #1 with the name of the book. I have also uploaded the response template to ONE NOTE

- In paragraph form (intro, body, and conclusion), respond to the 2 questions above.
- Ask one student a questions about their paragraph(s).
- Edit/revise based on a self-assessment of the above and the givens (spelling, grammar, capitals, punctuation, sentence structure, etc).
