Today we started something called the Gratitude Journal, we made a tiny book with a few pages so we can write some of our gratitude for something every morning. Gratitude is the act of being thankful and show appreciation for anything. Serotonin is the chemical your body creates when you show gratitude. It usually boosts your mood and changes your actions towards other people or things. Thinking about things you are grateful for in your life can help you be a more optimistic person in your life. It can also change your attitude and actions towards other people. Some examples that you can show gratitude for are your family, friends, or your pet.

Today we started journaling what we are grateful for. To do this, we made a small paper book that has 8 pages in total. To me, Gratitude is to be thankful and appreciative of what you have. Serotonin is a chemical that is released when you are doing something you like and is released with dopamine as well. Being grateful is one way of releasing serotonin, and so thinking about what you are grateful is a great way affect your life positively.

I am grateful for:
- The classes that taught me a lot of what I know
- The food that is given to me every day and that keeps me nourished
- The house that shelters me from the environment and gives me a warm place to stay

1. Today in class we started a gratitude journal, everyday we are suposed to write what we are grateful for everyday.
2. We made a gratitude journal that has 4 pages in it using one peice of paper.
3. Gratitude is basically just what we are grateful for in our lives.
4. Serotonin is a chemical that when you think of something positive/experience it releases this chemical that makes your brain think differently and more possitivly.
5. Serotonin is related to gratefulness by releasing the chemical, making you think differently. This makes you feel better and has a great impact since you will be more possitive.
6. It makes you more possitive.
- My mom drives me to school instead of forcing me to walk.
- I have food, some people in this world dont have any food or water and they sre really hungery. My mom will make me food everyday and doesnt make me make my own food.
- I am grateful for my teacher for making me do this to release some serotonin.

Today, Division 2 started a daily activity where we write three to five things that we are grateful for. We wrote this in our gratitude journal, which we used a long sheet of paper and folded it up into eight pages. We are doing this because a recent study shows that the act of merely thinking about gratitude releases a neurotransmitter called "serotonin", which makes you feel good. Because serotonin creates positive emotions, thinking about gratitude eventually changes your life into a happier and more positive one.

I am grateful for:
-My family who supports me in any way possible.
-School which motivates me to think critically and learn new things.
-Food which gives me the nutrition I need to survive.
-My house where I have a very comfortable place for shelter.

Today we started a gratitude journal, which is a journal that we need to write about we are grateful for. We made a small booklet today to write done what are you thankful for and we need to do this daily. We need to do this because we will start studying "chemistry" this week. Currently, we are learning what is "serotonin", which makes you think positive ways and not think negative ways.

I am grateful for:
- My parents drive me to school every morning
- Teachers teach me new stuff in school
- Friends who make me happy and play with me

Have you ever felt so grateful for something and realized your mood suddenly changed? This is the effect that we learned today at school. We learned about serotonin and how it affects the brain and our thinking. We also learned that it can be produced by feeling grateful, and so we started a mini journal called the “gratitude journal”. Every morning, we will complete a meaningful daily log in our journals on what/who we are thankful for to boost our serotonin. Serotonin boosts our mood and makes us happier, leaving us feeling better in the morning due to the journal. Feeling grateful and thankful every day can lead to a more healthy and positive mindset that impacts your life and your decisions.

Some things that I am grateful for include:
Clean water that can be easily accessed in the comfort of my home, that is mostly free of bacteria and germs.
My family and friends that support me (especially when I need help).
A roof over my head and a warm place to sleep, even when it’s freezing cold outside.
Teachers and my parents to support me educationally, so that I can learn as much as I can to be prepared for the future.

Today we learned that gratitude can make you happier. We made these short 8-paged mini notebooks called a gratitude journal. Gratitude is a feeling that's similar to being thankful. Serotonin is a chemical that makes us more happy and is released when were feeling grateful and at other times. Serotonin helps regulate your mood and boosts your happiness.

Things that I am grateful for:

1. I am grateful for entertainment because if I have nothing to do I can try to entertain myself by doing a magic trick or watch TV
2. I am grateful for clothes because if humans didn't have clothes we would freeze to death.
3. I am grateful for games (video games, board games, card games, etc, etc) because it lets me spend more times with my friends and family
4. I am grateful for my parents because they are the ones who brought me into this world
