Division 1 ended their week of learning with a work period where students could direct their own learning by working on their Novel Approach powerful responses, or Social Studies projects. Student were then led through an end of year reflection on learning survey. There has been growth this year, and not just in our garden. After recess, we reviewed what we had been learning in math and started working on solving problems, based on what we know about circles. In the afternoon, all the students, who will be attending Churchill next year, visited the school to help prepare them for next year. The remaining students supported a classroom cleanup. |
