I finished Lord Of The Flies. In the last part I read Ralph (main character) has to survive on his own because everyone has either joined Jack's (opposing character) tribe or have been killed by his tribe. Ralph's two companions have been forced to join Jack's tribe but they still help Ralph out, letting him know that the whole tribe with hunt him the next day. Jack was hiding in a thicket of a forest, fending off whoever came. When Jack could not wait any longer, he burned the jungle. Ralph ran out of the jungle ramming anyone in sight, at last he collapse on the beach in exhaustion. When Ralph looks up he sees a naval officer. Ralph was informed that a ship was going to come after seeing the huge fire in the jungle. After the horrible experience Ralph starts to cry and so do the other boys.

When multiplying integers the product would always be negative if there was an odd amount of negative integers, and the product would be negative and if there was an even amount of negative integers it would be positive. Knowing that when you multiply two negative integers you get a positive and multiplying two positives you get a negative, then multiplying negative and positive integers would be negative.

Eg.

odd amount of negatives- negative
3x(-2)x(-3)x(-2)=?
= (-36)

even amount of negatives -positive
3x(-2)x(-2)x(-2)x(-2)=?
=48

I am reading To Kill A Mockingbird. In the last part I read Jem and Scout met Mrs. Dubose, a woman who always shouts at them. Atticus warns Jem to be a gentleman because she's old and sick. When one day she tell them their father is not any better than the "nig***s and the trash he works for" Jem totally loses his temper. He takes a baton and destroys all of Mrs. Dubose's flowers.

@eL, I don't think this is school appropriate. You should have said that this book conatins explicit content before you start summarizing it.

When multiplying integers it depends how many integers there are. For e.x. (-2 x +5) the answer is going to be a negative because negative x positive is always negative. However, if it's (-2 x -5) the answer is going to be positive because negative x negative is always positive.

A good strategy to figure out whether your answer will be negative or positive is count how many negative numbers there are. If the number of negatives is an even number then your answer will be positive, However, if the number of negatives in your equation is an odd number, then your answer will be negative.

I finished the book "Airborn" and now am reading the Percy Jackson series. it is about a kid who realizes he is half god (Greek gods) and has to survive his life because monsters are trying to kill him. He goes to this camp where demigods (half gods) are safe and goes on quests to solve godly missions. He has friends, demigods and satyrs and they go to fight evil titans and creatures that form in the pit of Tartarus.

|\/| /-\ T |-| : In order to find out if the answer to an multiplying/dividing equation we count the number of negative signs. Remember to count every single negative sign, not one per number, because you might find a number like -1/-5 therefore that's two negative signs in one number. So once you counted, you find out if the number of negative signs are even or odd. If the number of negative signs were even, the answer to the question is postitive. If odd, the answer is negative. If you counted a fraction number of negative signs, you might need to go back to preschool to learn to count.

ex1: (((((((((1x-2)/3)x-4)/5)x-6)/7)x-8)/9)x-10)EVEN AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE SIGNS----->POSITIVE =256/63 (I hope so)

ex2: 5 x -4/-6 x -6/5 ODD NUMBER OF NEGATIVE SIGNS-------->NEGATIVE= -4 (I hope so)

When you multiply integers always remember that the product of two positive integers or two negative integers is always positive. The product of a positive integer and a negative integer is always negative.

For example, -1 x -2 the answer is going to be a positive because if a negative x a negative is always positive. If -1 x +2 the answer is going to be a negative because a negative x a positive is always negative.

PARt 1:
Multiplying integers is pretty easy to do. All you need to remember is is that a positive number multiplied by another positive, your result will come out as positive. When a negative is multiplied by negative, the answer is also positive. Then it comes to multiplying a positive and a negative number, the product of those two types of numbers is always negative.

Example:
(-2) x (+8) = -16
or
(+8) x (-2) = -16

(+3) x (+4) = +12
or
(-3) x (-4) = +12

Part 1: Multiplying Integers

Multiplying integers is really simple. First you look at the negatives in the equation. Then you count the negatives. If there is an odd number of negatives then the product is going to be negative. If there is an even number of negatives then the product will be positive. So after you write down whether it is a negative or a positive, then you just forget about the signs. Now it’s time to multiply. So just ignore the signs and multiply. Now you have your product!

Negative
Step 1: Figure out if it’s positive or negative.
(-1) x (-2) x (-3) = -
It’s going to be negative because there is an odd number of negatives.
Step 2: Multiply
(-1) x (-2) x (-3) = 6
Forget about the signs and just multiply. 1 x 2 x 3 = 6
Therefore, (-1) x (-2) x (-3) = -6

Positive
Step 1: Figure out if it’s positive or negative.
(-1) x (-2) x (3) = +
It’s going to be positive because there is an even number of positives.
Step 2: Multiply
(-1) x (-2) x (3) = 6
Forget about the signs and just multiply. 1 x 2 x 3 = 6
Therefore, (-1) x (-2) x (-3) = +6

Today I continued to read How to keep rolling after a fall. It's about this girl named Nikki who had a huge party that wasn't supposed to happen at her house. Now it's posted everywhere and she has also been accused of cyber bullying when it was her old friends who were taking pictures of the victim. No one trusts Nikki anymore and even her parents can't look her in the eye anymore. She is struggling to get through everyday until Pax comes. He knows what it feels like to lose your chances. He can understand how Nikki feels because he's put in a wheelchair forever after a car accident. They quickly become friends and Pax helps Nikki get through each day. She tells Pax about the party and what happened so that he can help her because even though it was at her house, her old friends took pictures and posted them on her account, they poured glasses of wine for people. (They were all underage. The are teenagers.) Trying to get through every dreadful day, Pax shows Nikki that everyone deserves some love he supports her.
I'm excited to get to the climax to see what happens next.

Step 1:
Find out if it's a negative or a positive integer (- or +)
Step 2:
If it's a positive integer, then... (For an example, we will use -8 x -8, this works because both of the integers being multiplied are both positive and negative integers.)

Step 3:
Multiply the integers normally, without the signs. When this is done, you already know that the finished product HAS to be a negative integer so, all you need to do is add the negative sign. (-9 x +3 = -27)

Yesterday evening, I continued to read The Girl Who Fell Out Of The Sky. SPOILER ALERT! In Xanthia, the spring festival continues throughout the day and gets busy when the spring fliers come, magical birds that have the ability to answer any question for you. Pipers friends, Jimmy Joe and Rory Ray want a chance to catch one of them. Every spring, children jump off of Mother Mountain in hopes of catching or grabbing one. Obtaining the flier though, hasn't been done in decades. All of the children get one chance to catch them each spring. Rory Ray goes down with all the others but, Jimmy Joe is found waiting. He wasn't scared, he was strategizing on which flier he was going to go for. When he went down, he hovered for about five seconds, even though he had no talent. He was flying! Everyone in Xanthia was cheering for him. When nobody was looking he slipped out and some of the chosen ones attended a meeting that Piper held about how they needed help protecting the outside world and saving their friends. After a lot of persuading, they finally got the children to help them escape.
That's basically where I left off.

Multiplying integers is an easy concept. Once you know it, it will be a piece of cake. (most likely)

When a positive number is multiplied by another positive, the result will still be a positive. When two negatives multiply each other, the answer will also be positive. Just remember, when two numbers of the same sign, negative or positive, the answer will always be positive.

When a positive number is multiplied by a negative number, the number will always be negative.

Example:

In the following example, you want to find out whether the number will come out as positive or negative first. The 2 is a negative but the 18 is positive. When you have one of each sign, it becomes a negative.
So it would be:

(-2) x 18 = -32
or
(-18) x 2 = -32

In this example, there are two numbers of the same sign. This means that the answer will be positive as well.

18 x 2 = 32
or
(-18) x (-2) = 32

Part 1
When multiplying integers count the negatives signs first. If there is an even number of negative signs then the answer will be positive. If it is odd then it will be negative. Then multiply the numbers normally and ignore the negative/positive signs. Make the number negative or positive then you have your answer.

Part 2
I have finished Kite runner and now i am reading Station Eleven. So far in my story, an actor called Arthur got a heart attack on stage and terrified everyone on stage. A few days later a disease starts to spread called the Georgia flu and arrives in Canada. Similar to Coronavirus today, the virus destroys the economy and leaves the earth in shambles. This is the furthest i have read but this story is very intresting.
